What Makes The Whispering Flame Products Different?
There are many things! Firstly, we blend our own wax for our candles. There are many beautiful waxes available, but no individual wax gave us everything we wanted for our candles, so by blending our favourite waxes to our own specific recipe, we have created home fragrance products that burn cleanly, fill the room with scent, and re-set smoothly.
Secondly, we only use premium products which are sourced ethically (as far as we can verify). We buy premium oils so that you, the customer, can be assured that the scent of our candles and diffusers will last the lifetime of our products. This also means that when you re-purchase our products, the scent will be consistent.
Thirdly, all our home fragrance products are made in small batches and have been tested extensively for several months before we even start selling them! This ensures that each item is safe to use, remains the same weight, and receives the identical amount of oil every time you purchase from us.
Lastly, we have spent many years researching, developing, and testing our products. We follow the stringent guidelines set out by The British Candlemakers Federation and the IFRA to ensure our products remain safe for our customers. All of our products contain the legal packaging and safety requirements, and we are covered by Public Liability Insurance to ensure our compliance. Safety is paramount and is something we take incredibly seriously.
Where Can I Smell Products from The Whispering Flame?
We appreciate how difficult it is to decide which candles or diffusers to buy based on a description. The best way to smell our products is by visiting us at a craft show. Details of these can be found on our Events page.
We will also be introducing samples that can be purchased at a small cost.

We also offer ‘Candle Parties’ in Surrey, so if you and a group of friends are interested in seeing and smelling our candles and home fragrance products, we are happy to visit you in your home. Please contact us for more information.
Am I able to Collect my Order?
Yes, you can! We are based near Woking, Surrey, so just tick the 'Customer Collection' box at check-out for free collection.
What are your Shipping Costs?
Shipping prices are based on the weight of the items. We constantly review postage costs with Royal Mail and EVRI and align our costs against those.
Do you Deliver?
We offer free delivery within a 3-mile radius of Knaphill outside of the busy Christmas season. Please contact us to arrange a suitably convenient date and time to collect your order.
What is your Refund Policy?
If you have already taken delivery of your order, we are happy for it to be returned - and refunded - as long as the product and packaging is still in a saleable condition. However, any additional postal costs will need to be met by the customer. Please contact us directly to discuss.

We take every care to ensure your order arrives safely. Should your order arrive damaged in transit, we will replace any broken items.
